• Tips for applying tape: To ensure that the tape adheres properly, make sure the surface is clean, dry, and free of dust. Then, start sticking the tape to the surface, pressing down firmly as you go. Finally, wait between 30 and 60 minutes for the tape to dry before painting.
• Tips for tape removal: Do not remove the tape until the paint is touchable dry. Pulling it slowly back on itself will help you lift it up. Then, remove it at a 45-degree angle.
• Easy peel: Amico masking tape is simple to tear, making application simple and fast without the use of scissors.

Standard delivery

• Option for deliveries are DPD, UK MAIL, ROYAL MAIL, CLICK & COLLECT (depending upon the order value)
• Orders will be dispatched the same day if the orders are placed/received by 3.30 pm
• Minimum orders for delivery will be 19.99 any orders less than that value be charged at £4.99
• Any orders above the value of £24.99 will be for next day delivery, orders below £24.99 will be shipped with Hermes standard ( 3-5 working days )

Standard no-fault returns

• Goods can only be returned up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery.
• Products are returned at your own cost, unused and undamaged in their original packaging.
• The goods remain your responsibility until the goods have been received on Venus Packaging’s premises.
• For returns to be processed and refunded, you need to complete the online returns form.
• Goods must be returned in full pack quantities.
• Refunds don’t include delivery charges.
• Venus Packaging will endeavour to process all returns within 3 working days of receipt of the return.

Damage or Wrong item returns

• If goods are damaged/faulty, customer needs to inform us within 24 hours of starting the day after delivery.
• Products must be returned unused and undamaged in their original packaging.
• The goods remain your responsibility until the goods have been received on Venus Packaging’s premises.
• For returns to be processed and refunded, you need to complete the online returns form.
• Goods must be returned in full pack quantities. We cannot offer any refunds on partial packs.
• Venus Packaging will pay for the return delivery charges if you have received wrong item.
