Shipping & Delivery

Standard delivery

• Option for deliveries are DPD, UK MAIL, ROYAL MAIL, CLICK & COLLECT (depending upon the order value)
• Orders will be dispatched the same day if the orders are placed/received by 3.30 pm
• Minimum orders for delivery will be 19.99 any orders less than that value be charged at £4.99
• Any orders above the value of £24.99 will be for next day delivery, orders below £24.99 will be shipped with Hermes standard ( 3-5 working days )
• Delivery works same for all orders ( 1 label for DPD/UK MAIL takes upto 30 kgs, Hermes 1 label takes upto 15 kgs )
• Any orders received on Holidays will be processed next working day depending upon order value, can be posted the next working day for next day delivery if above £24.99

Standard no-fault returns

• Goods can only be returned up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery.
• Products are returned at your own cost, unused and undamaged in their original packaging.
• The goods remain your responsibility until the goods have been received on Venus Packaging’s premises.
• For returns to be processed and refunded, you need to complete the online returns form.
• Goods must be returned in full pack quantities.
• Refunds don’t include delivery charges.
• Venus Packaging will endeavour to process all returns within 3 working days of receipt of the return.

Damage or Wrong item returns

• If goods are damaged/faulty, customer needs to inform us within 24 hours of starting the day after delivery.
• Products must be returned unused and undamaged in their original packaging.
• The goods remain your responsibility until the goods have been received on Venus Packaging’s premises.
• For returns to be processed and refunded, you need to complete the online returns form.
• Goods must be returned in full pack quantities. We cannot offer any refunds on partial packs.
• Venus Packaging will pay for the return delivery charges if you have received wrong item.
• Venus Packaging will endeavour to process all returns within 5-10 working days of receipt of the return.
